Launching Lembuka TV program
EABMTI is in its final stages of producing its first series of young entrepreneurs called LEMBUKA! Lembuka is a Kinyakyusa word for Work Up! and is used to inspire young entrepreneurs to tell their stories about their journey. We are now looking for young people, male or female, age between 21 and 35 with businesses that are worth to share with the rest of the world for our international broadcaster. If you fit the package please call us so that we can arrange to visit and confirm if your business fits the profile. It is important that your business employs people, fellow young women and men who work for you for a living. The number of employees should be at least 3 people. Follow the confirmation and documentation, the subject will be prepared to appear for a TV interview to be hosted by Ms Rosemary Mwakitwange herself.Four young people have been identified as pioneers to the project and efforts are always done to get their success stories documented. They include the following:
Frank Mason, a young fashion profession with potential for taking his work across the Globe, he currently employs two young people in his fashion incubator.
Elisha Chuma runs an ICT company in Kijitonyama that hires about 4 permanent staff and several partners. The company has made a significant contribution to creative designing and is now expanding its horizon in developing communication packages.
Bonge, a famous poultry supply at Soko la Nyuki in Tegeta started as chicken slaughter boy to have formed his own company in the Poultry supply chain.
Lameck Boymanda, a shop owner in Tegeta masaiti, has two permanent employees. He started as a shop attendant to now own his own progressive business centre.
